You can still play singleplayer with out internet even with out doing it an illegal way I'm pretty sure. I'm not going to explain how as those ways are ILLEGAL! if you went ahead and brought games with out reading or bothering to use such internet, then why should we provide an answer. This game clearly states on the steam store that internet connection is required. You mean the rockstar sign in launcher? the one that allows you to use the servers? and MP and allows you to save your stats online and saves and profiles, and achivements and more?
